The Cardinals Story

Cardinals Bar is a fresh, new addition to the Ashley Cross scene, driven by Jordan's passion for creating a welcoming space for evening drinkers and ocean lovers. Jordan’s journey in Poole, from teaching Jetski courses to falling in love with the local community, inspired him to open Cardinals—a relaxed, speakeasy-style bar.

Joining Jordan is Dave, the former owner of No. 10, whose global travels bring a unique insight into the best bars around the world. Together, they aim to infuse Cardinals with global expertise and a laid-back vibe.

While Cardinals Bar carries the legacy of its location’s past as 'Sobar' and 'No. 10,' it offers a refreshing experience with expertly crafted cocktails and a world-class atmosphere. Come by and see why Cardinals is more than just a bar—it’s a community.
